Plans for the remainder of the retail development include a hotel, child care center, bank, restaurant and multi-tenant retail building.
Dan Wander, vice president for Skokie, Ill.-based developer Terraco, said discussions continue with potential businesses for the site, but no final arrangements can be announced yet.
