Purpose of this blog

My intent in maintaning this blog is to keep subscribed readers current on markets and sites that might warrant a new Country Inn and Suites.

Please be aware that in most cases , I have not visited any sites or run any market studies. I am basing my assumption that a hotel is needed given that others have either determined so or the land is zoned for such.

In summary, keep in mind this will be a work in progress , so your patience, comments and any form of input are needed and welcomed.
